<p>As Head of Sales, you&#39;ll be the driving force behind our commercial success in Meetings &amp; Events. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you&#39;ll lead a team of 3 Business Development Managers and 4 Sales Executives, crafting and executing a bold sales strategy that puts Goodwood at the forefront of the industry.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Own and evolve the sales strategy to maximise revenue across all M&amp;E channels.</li>
<li>Hunt down new opportunities with corporate clients, sponsors, and high-value accounts.</li>
<li>Build bespoke, innovative propositions that make Goodwood irresistible.</li>
<li>Forge powerful relationships with internal teams and external partners.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and customer needs.</li>
<li>Drive KPIs and report pipeline progress directly to the Commercial Director.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and energise your team to achieve greatness.</li>
</ul>
