<li>Leading a team of sales representatives</li>
<li>Sales and revenue responsibility within the business unit</li>
<li>Planning and implementing marketing and sales strategies</li>
<li>Managing key customer relationships, including international customers</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Technical or commercial education background, e.g., degree in mechanical engineering, economics, or related field</li>
<li>Several years of management and leadership experience</li>
<li>Proven success in selling technical products</li>
<li>Conceptual working style and project experience</li>
<li>Customer-oriented thinking and behavior</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>English language skills meeting the requirements of an internationally oriented company</li>
<li>Familiarity with the lubricant industry is desirable</li>
<li>Willingness to travel regularly</li>
</ul>
