This leader will own talent acquisition strategy and outcomes across Technical, GTM, G&amp;A, Executive, and Early Career hiring, while partnering closely with executive leadership and the Head of People.</p>\n<p>This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and knows how to balance speed, quality, efficiency, and long-term talent outcomes, and who is comfortable setting strategy while staying close to execution when needed.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading and executing Cresta&#39;s global Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with People, Finance, and business leadership to support rapid growth across regions and functions.</li>\n<li>Partnering closely with executives and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, priorities, capacity modeling, and workforce planning.</li>\n<li>Building, scaling, and leading a high-performing internal Talent Acquisition team, defining the right mix of in-house recruiters and external partners to support rapid growth, burst hiring needs, and global expansion.</li>\n<li>Reinforcing a high-trust, high-accountability recruiting culture grounded in mentorship, ownership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Partnering closely with the Head of People on broader talent, workforce planning, and people initiatives.</li>\n<li>Supporting and leading senior and executive recruiting efforts in partnership with People leadership, including hands-on involvement for critical and hard-to-fill roles as needed.</li>\n<li>Designing, tracking, and continuously refining TA metrics to drive hiring efficiency, quality, predictability, and scale.</li>\n<li>Owning and continuously improving the end-to-end candidate experience, from intake calibration and interview design through offer, closing, and post-process feedback loops.</li>\n<li>Championing an equitable, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience across all roles, regions, and stages of growth.</li>\n<li>Setting the standard for proactive, creative sourcing and passive candidate engagement, ensuring teams build durable pipelines rather than relying on reactive hiring.</li>\n<li>Driving employer brand and talent marketing programs across social, events, and community engagement in partnership with Marketing and People teams.</li>\n<li>Refining and scaling Cresta&#39;s campus and early career strategy, partnering with recruiters to build internship and new graduate pipelines globally.</li>\n<li>Leading the strategy for Cresta&#39;s Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Juicebox, CoderPad, and related tools, while identifying opportunities for future improvements and optimization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth technology companies.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to scale recruiting organizations in fast-paced, global environments.</li>\n<li>Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior leaders.</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in recruiting operations, metrics, and TA technology, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into business decisions.</li>\n<li>Experience leading executive-level and critical senior hires.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in building employer brands and early-career programs.</li>\n<li>Passion for developing people, building durable teams, and delivering results.</li>\n<li>A builder mindset, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to move work forward in a high-growth environment.</li>\n<li>Comfort operating in ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and evolving systems as the business scales.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision plans designed to support you and your family.</li>\n<li>Generous paid parental leave.</li>\n<li>Monthly Health &amp; Wellness allowance.</li>\n<li>Work-from-home office stipend.</li>\n<li>Lunch reimbursement for in-office employees.</li>\n<li>Flexible PTO.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation at Cresta:</strong></p>\n<p>Cresta&#39;s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people.
