This administrative function is a non-guest facing position vested with the responsibility of handling, preparing, producing, and filing administrative and logistical work for the Guest Services Department.
\nThe role requires precision, accuracy, organization, and excellent deadline management. It reports directly to the Documentation Manager (DM) and assists the DM in ensuring that all reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
\nKey responsibilities include maintaining an effective and rigorously accurate filing system, preparing logistical elements, questionnaires, documentation, and summaries related to embarkation and disembarkation, and assisting the Documentation Manager with daily movement reports.
\nThe role also involves handling and resolving guest issues arising from documentation issues, promptly reporting situations that require the attention of the Documentation Manager, and managing inventory, preparing, and distributing special certificates related to milestones achieved by a vessel.
\nAdditional responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for international guests, providing secondary assistance with translations, and actively promoting the use of the Company's proprietary Navigator App.
\nTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
\nThe ideal candidate will have a college or university degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, and a Marlins Score of 90 or above. Experience in a HAL Guest Services position is preferable.
