      <Description><![CDATA[<p>This is an outbound-heavy role. Your job is to open doors to Commercial Real Estate CIOs and CTOs. You run high-volume cold call sequences, qualify prospects against a defined ICP, and book meetings for Account Executives.</p>
<p>You will have a structured target account list, Apollo sequences, and a multi-domain sending infrastructure already in place. Your job is to execute against that system and push it forward.</p>
<p>THIS IS A CALLING ROLE. If you are not comfortable making 50+ dials per day, do not apply.</p>
<p>What You Will Do:</p>
<ul>
<li>Run 50+ outbound dials per day against a defined target account list of CRE firms</li>
<li>Execute structured multi-touch sequences (call + email + LinkedIn) in Apollo.io</li>
<li>Qualify prospects against Fifth Dimension&#39;s ICP</li>
<li>Book and hand off qualified discovery meetings to Account Executives</li>
<li>Log all activity in HubSpot. Maintain clean records on every contact and account</li>
<li>Research accounts before dialing: understand fund strategy, portfolio type, and likely pain points</li>
<li>Contribute to messaging iteration based on call-to-meeting conversion and what resonates with different buyer personas</li>
<li>Track your own metrics daily. Know your numbers before your manager asks</li>
</ul>
<p>Compensation:</p>
<ul>
<li>Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)</li>
<li>On-Target Variable: $25,000 to $35,000</li>
<li>OTE (On-Target Earnings): $90,000 - $110,000</li>
<li>Accelerator: 1.5x payout rate above 120% of the monthly meeting quota</li>
<li>Ramp Period: 30-day ramp period</li>
</ul>
<p>What We Are Looking For:</p>
<ul>
<li>Required: 1+ years in a quota-carrying outbound sales or BDR role, with cold calling as a primary channel</li>
<li>Track record of exceeding a meetings-booked quota</li>
<li>Comfortable with high-volume phone work. Rejection does not derail you for the rest of the day</li>
<li>Experience with a CRM</li>
<li>Clear communicator, by phone and in writing</li>
<li>In NYC office 3x per week</li>
<li>Strong Plus: Familiarity with real estate Apollo.io experience. Comfortable building and managing multi-touch sequences Experience selling a technical or data product to finance or real estate audiences Prior start-up experience</li>
