<p>The Role: Growth Account Executive
As a Growth AE, you&#39;ll drive our continued growth by owning the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts. You&#39;ll work with high-profile clients to deliver impactful solutions while contributing to the growth of our business in a meaningful way.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, sourced mostly by Eve Legal, while consistently exceeding monthly revenue targets</li>
<li>Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop a deep understanding of our customer&#39;s challenges and desired outcomes to effectively illustrate how Eve can help achieve such outcomes</li>
<li>Lead Strategic Engagement: Navigate complex sales processes that require strategic thinking and tailored approaches to meet the unique needs of our clients</li>
<li>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value delivery</li>
<li>Influence Market Direction: Provide feedback to the product team on market trends and client needs, helping to shape Eve&#39;s product roadmap</li>
