Administrating the Group's financial applications involves performing tests on instrument developments and corrections, running specific procedures, inputting/importing data into the reporting systems, checking and identifying anomalies, tracking corrections, and contributing to the improvement of the Group's instruments in the long term. Managing the assigned processes for the monthly closing and forecast activities involves reviewing accounting records for correct accounts and allocations, working closely with IT to solve any data inconsistency and tools errors, developing evolution plans for Group's instruments and Oracle ERP Tool, and reviewing data inputs together with Division managers. Interacting regularly with stakeholders to provide them with guidance regarding Oracle ERP functionality, optimizing reports for data analysis, and reviewing and updating internal documentation and procedures for the current reporting process.

The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control or similar fields, knowledge of data reconciliation in different systems, knowledge of databases, extensive knowledge of Excel, and experience in video games production or in Software/IT industry with R&D.
