This role will provide analytical and operational support to the Global Reward Transformation Manager during a period of significant compensation redesign and harmonisation.</p>\n<p>The Analyst will support the review and implementation of global compensation frameworks and incentive plans across 2026–2027. As the organisation transitions to business-as-usual, the role will move under the Global Compensation Senior Manager and support the ongoing governance, maintenance and delivery of Keywords&#39; global job architecture, pay frameworks and incentive programmes.</p>\n<p>This position requires strong analytical capability and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent Excel skills, and experience working with Workday&#39;s Advanced Compensation Module.
