You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, operational excellence, and the ability to balance competing priorities.</p>
<p>As a Global Benefits Specialist, you will work closely with various teams, including Payroll, Mobility, and HRIS/Benefit administration in Workday. You will be comfortable supporting a global population in multiple time zones, working through email, messaging, and video conferencing where needed.</p>
<p>Total compensation for this position may include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $103,000/year.</p>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<li>HRIS/Benefit administration experience in Workday.</li>
