<p><strong>What you&#39;ll do</strong></p>
<p>You will manage ongoing relationships with agency partners and holding companies, supporting consistent engagement and partnership execution.</p>
<ul>
<li>You will help agencies understand and adopt EA Advertising solutions across in-game advertising, live services, and franchise-based moments.</li>
<li>You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align agency needs with EA’s advertising capabilities and roadmap.</li>
<li>You will support agency investment planning across EA franchises, including EA SPORTS and live service titles.</li>
<li>You will assist with revenue growth initiatives by supporting pipeline development, deal coordination, and account execution.</li>
<li>You will coordinate agency briefings, product updates, and educational sessions to increase awareness of EA Advertising offerings.</li>
<li>You will help track partnership progress and support reporting tied to investment levels, performance metrics, and outcomes.</li>
<li>You will stay informed on advertising, media, and gaming industry trends and bring relevant insights into agency conversations.</li>
<li>You will represent EA with professionalism, collaboration, and a player-first mindset in all external interactions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You have 6+ years of experience in agency management, advertising sales support, partnerships, or media platforms within digital, gaming, or technology environments.</li>
<li>You have experience working across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and analytics.</li>
<li>You have supported revenue growth programs, pipeline management, or account planning initiatives.</li>
<li>You are familiar with digital advertising concepts, including in-game advertising, live services, or live operations monetization.</li>
<li>You communicate clearly and effectively and are comfortable working with agency and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>You bring a growth mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new products, tools, and partnership models.</li>
