Produce clear, thorough, and actionable design documentation to support implementation by engineering, UX, and other cross-functional partners.

Ability to formulate player experience goals and translate them into game systems and economy design

Ensure features integrate cohesively with existing systems and align with the overall vision for SimCity BuildIt.

Live Service and Player Experience

Contribute to the design of live-service features, events, and systems that drive long-term engagement and retention.

Collaborate with product management and analytics to review player data, identify opportunities, and inform design decisions.

Evaluate player feedback and performance metrics to guide ongoing improvements and refinements.

Balance player experience goals with business objectives in a thoughtful, player-first way.

Collaboration and Team Contribution

Work closely with cross-disciplinary partners and stakeholders to align on goals, scope, and delivery.

Participate in design reviews, playtests, and feedback sessions, contributing constructively to team discussions.

Ability to review and analyse feedback from others on the designs that they own, separate actionable from non-actionable feedback and propose action plans.

Support other designers through feedback, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and best practices within the team.
