Act as functional expert for SAP PP (and related modules: MM, QM, PM if relevant). Lead and support full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects. Conduct fit-gap analysis, define business requirements, and design process solutions. Configure and customize SAP PP processes (MRP, shop floor control, production orders, capacity planning, etc.). Collaborate closely with integration teams (EWM, TM, QM, and PM). Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and training activities. Serve as subject matter expert for manufacturing clients in automotive or industrial sectors. Support pre-sales, knowledge sharing, and internal enablement activities.

What you need

Must have: Deep knowledge of SAP PP (Discrete Manufacturing, MRP, BOM/Routing, Order Management). Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and logistics processes. Fluent in English (written & spoken). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading or mentoring junior consultants. Nice-to-have: Integration knowledge with QM, PM, EWM, MES. German language skills. Automotive or manufacturing industry experience. SAP certification (PP or S/4HANA Manufacturing). Experience in public/private cloud environments.
