YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_422ff354-18d"},"title":"Financial Reporting Analyst","description":"<p>The Financial Reporting Analyst is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate regulatory and financial reporting to internal and external parties, process enhancement for various accounting and reporting matters, and ad hoc tasks or projects.</p>\n<p>Principal Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and review US GAAP financial statements for the MLP master fund and other Millennium entities, with a particular focus on investment-related disclosures.</li>\n<li>Review the firm&#39;s holdings report to ensure accurate and complete monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting.</li>\n<li>Define financial reporting requirements in connection with the onboarding of new product types.</li>\n<li>Support interim and annual audits, including responding to information requests from external auditors.</li>\n<li>Prepare regulatory filings.</li>\n<li>Assist with month-end close responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Identify and make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements when performing work.</li>\n<li>Assist with various ad hoc projects and analysis to support the team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications/Skills Required:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years in a Financial Reporting or Accounting Role.</li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of hedge fund investments and US GAAP requirements for investments-related disclosures.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data in an efficient manner.</li>\n<li>Solid analytical skills and judgment – strong attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Strives to drive continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Strong technical proficiency (e.g. Excel, Alteryx and general AI knowledge).</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task as well as meet short deadlines in a demanding environment.</li>\n<li>Proactive individual with strong interpersonal and client service skills.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work.</li>\n<li>Ability to be flexible and able to work as part of a team to meet project deadlines.</li>\n<li>CPA is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
