In this role, you will be equipped with a van, full set of necessary tools, and a Haas certification to facilitate installation of equipment, investigate, and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment, and eliminate future operational or service difficulties.

Responsibilities:

• Install new or modified equipment at the customer's facility and ensure full functionality according to specifications.
• Analyze, review, and inspect findings to determine the source of problems, and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective actions.
• Coordinate problem resolution with factory or Phillips inside service support to expedite repairs.
• Provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Update and complete current incomplete service reports to reflect accurately and completely the work performed.
• Provide feedback to the factory to help update and make changes to the service procedure used in troubleshooting and completing repairs to the machine in the field.
• Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
• Conduct training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrate skills to trainees, including both team members and customers.

Requirements:

• Experience with maintenance on CNC machines.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel on the road up to 80% of the week with possible overnight stays between Monday - Friday.
• A high mechanical aptitude with some electrical knowledge.
• Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.
• Ability to keep track of expenses and manage paperwork relating to maintenance completed.
