This is a highly strategic, individual contributor role focused on shaping how enterprises adopt AI in software development.</p>\n<p>As a Field CTO, you’ll operate as a peer to CTOs, VP Engineering, and platform leaders , helping them navigate the evolving AI landscape, evaluate Cursor at a systems level, and design adoption strategies across large organisations.
