We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Sr. Associate Business Solutions Analyst to partner with business teams in designing and implementing data-centric solutions that enable key business outcomes.
\nIn this role, you will work on analytics initiatives, support business process improvements, and help translate data into actionable insights that drive performance.
\nThis role will also be responsible for providing analytical support on various cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on driving increased sales.
\nThe ideal candidate should be comfortable building Power BI dashboards, as well as leveraging data to inform decisions and drive measurable results.
\nYou will operate with a higher level of autonomy, contributing to multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and helping to enhance data capabilities across the organization.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\nPartner with business stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that support strategic objectives
\nProvide analytical support to cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on improving sales performance and operational efficiency
\nAnalyse large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
\nBuild, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred) to support decision-making
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and deliver data solutions
\nAct as a liaison between business teams, IT, and Product Management
\nDevelop and improve data integration strategies across multiple data sources and platforms
\nCreate clear documentation, business cases, and reporting frameworks aligned with stakeholder needs
\nSupport UAT, technical specifications, and system enhancements with minimal supervision
\nEnsure data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to data processes
\nIdentify opportunities to streamline manual processes and enhance reporting capabilities
\nManage multiple priorities and contribute to projects with increasing complexity and ownership
