<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Building and managing Personal Lines auto, home, and umbrella off-balance builds.</li>
<li>Learning and understanding Personal Lines insurance, company products, rate revision processes, and tools in great detail.</li>
<li>Producing tools incorporating indications, in-force, and retention trends to adjust base rates and achieve specific rate levels for each state and product.</li>
<li>Developing tools to calculate each policy&#39;s premium using current rates and incorporating proposed adjustments to base rates and other factors.</li>
<li>Determining the quality of data and flagging defects and discrepancies for Data Solutions.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and fixing errors in the tools.</li>
<li>Documenting changes and adjustments to tools and processes.</li>
<li>Monitoring and managing deadlines and deliverables.</li>
<li>Communicating with State Management, Analytics, Data, Project, and Implementation teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of rate change strategies, correct tool usage, and timely delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of work experience in this field.</li>
<li>Fluent English proficiency.</li>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree required.</li>
<li>Data Analytics, Mathematics, and Statistics as required branches of study.</li>
</ul>
<p>Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Full English proficiency.</li>
<li>Good data/technical skills.</li>
<li>Solid mathematics/analytical skills.</li>
<li>Driven and willing to learn.</li>
