This includes advanced expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric, as well as secondary proficiency with SharePoint Online and Copilot/AI-enabled automation.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Power Automate workflows, Power BI models/reports, and Fabric pipelines.</li>\n<li>Develop secure, scalable integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Dataverse, SQL, and enterprise connectors.</li>\n<li>Design and optimize data models, semantic layers, and pipelines in Fabric to support advanced analytics.</li>\n<li>Create AI-driven automations using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.</li>\n<li>Develop internal agents, generative workflows, and intelligent automation patterns aligned with IX governance and security.</li>\n<li>Integrate automations with Microsoft Teams and M365 collaboration surfaces.</li>\n<li>Build solutions within IX’s governance structure including DLP policies, environment strategy, connector controls, and solution-layering guidelines.</li>\n<li>Document and deliver work following Agile Development and SAFe practices—participating in sprints, backlog refinement, PI Planning, reviews, and cross-team ceremonies.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Platform teams to ensure compliance with enterprise controls.</li>\n<li>Work closely with IX, EUC, Architecture, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.</li>\n<li>Provide production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and enhancements to existing solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical &amp; Business Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Power Apps (canvas &amp; model-driven) &amp; Power Automate (enterprise flows, orchestration, connector integration)</li>\n<li>Power BI (data modeling, DAX, enterprise dashboards)</li>\n<li>Microsoft Fabric or any data analysis platform (Lakehouse, pipelines, semantic models)</li>\n<li>Strong experience with Microsoft Graph API for secure M365 data access &amp; integration.</li>\n<li>Strong SQL experience including relational modeling, query optimization, and data transformation.</li>\n<li>Strong experience with SharePoint Online as an integration and data backend. Hands-on Copilot or Copilot Studio automation experience would be a nice to have.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Power Platform governance (environments, DLP, data policies, connector safety).</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
