\nThe ideal candidate will have an understanding of compensation principles in international markets, excellent analytical skills, and financial data experience. You will work closely with the broader HR team and stakeholders including Employer of Record (EOR) partners, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and Hiring Managers (HM) from headquarters to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, cost efficiency, and data-driven decision-making related to compensation.

Conduct data analysis to support compensation for benchmarking and market research. Assist in the preparation of compensation proposals and recommendations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within compensation-related processes.
\nHR Controlling: Assist in the development and monitoring of HR budgets related to compensation. Track and analyze compensation-related expenses, identifying variances, and providing insights. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation costs and trends. Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives within HR.
