60dbfdd1-76e Facility Operations Event Staff We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Facility Operations team in Brooklyn, Michigan. This is an event-based position to assist the team in preparing the facility and grounds for events and to maintain and improve the overall condition of the buildings and grounds.

General Maintenance

Our team is responsible for general building and grounds maintenance and upkeep, including cleaning, power washing, garbage removal, mowing, weed whipping, tree trimming, landscaping, painting, and event setup. We operate hand and power tools, tractors, carts, heavy equipment, and vehicles.

Janitorial

We are also responsible for cleaning and trash removal of office buildings, houses, suite buildings, etc. This includes cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms. We operate hand and power tools, carts and vehicles.

Signs/Hospitality

In addition to general maintenance and janitorial duties, our team is responsible for sign maintenance and installation, vinyl application and installation of large banners, painting ground graphics and walls and buildings, and setup and installation of tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment for events. We operate forklifts and boom lifts.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and be able to work overtime, including some evenings and weekends. You must also be able to work outdoors in all types of weather elements and frequently lift and carry objects/material up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
