This position offers the opportunity to work with a tight-knit team using various tools and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing hands-on installation, maintenance, and repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work Responding to emergent requests to limit facility and equipment downtime Assembling, arranging, and moving furniture and equipment as needed for new area buildouts or moves Opening, tracking, and resolving electronic work tickets for requests and projects Working with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services Following and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe and secure work environment Documenting and maintaining various tools, hardware, and equipment in order to limit downtime Providing operational and logistics support for our spacecraft and technology development programs as needed

Requirements include:

3+ years working in a facility technician, construction trade, or similar technical hands-on role Proficiency with common hand and power tools Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Ability to safely utilize ladders of various heights to complete tasks and projects Ability to lift 50 lbs and comfortable with being on your feet for extended periods

Bonus requirements include:

Prior working experience in a hardware manufacturing and testing facility Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems Experience programming and operating digital Building Management Systems (BMS) Aerial Work Platform certification or experience Familiarity with Google tools, JIRA, and Confluence
