<p>Engineering Managers at Hebbia are technical leaders who build, ship, and lead. <li>Stay deeply involved in architecture design, system design, coding, peer reviews and technical decision-making. Lead by example and remain connected to the day-to-day challenges of the team.</li>

<li>Define and evolve team processes, best practices and execution rituals with the team. Ensure they remain relevant as the team and product scale.</li>

<li>Challenge engineers to step up, take ownership and grow beyond their comfort zone. Increase the team’s bus factor through knowledge sharing, documentation and rotation of responsibilities.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>5+ years of relevant professional work experience.</li>
</ul>

<li>Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency in one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Golang.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with building and leading high-performing teams.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with working with cross-functional teams like product, design, business, etc.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with project management and planning.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ownership and capacity to ship products end-to-end.</li>
