As an intern at Synopsys, you'll have the freedom to develop and prototype new features using Python, research and identify friction points in user interactions with solutions, maintain high standards of technical documentation, and participate in QA to ensure smooth deployment of new tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and prototyping new features using Python to enhance the user journey and platform value.
• Researching and identifying friction points in user interactions with solutions, translating insights into actionable technical requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of technical documentation and actively participating in QA to ensure smooth deployment of new tools.
• Curation of documents and data to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based GenAI solutions and generation of prompt datasets to validate solution effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be currently pursuing a degree with an Engineering background, have strong proficiency in Python and experience working with data, hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI tools and prompt engineering for rapid prototyping, a user-first mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable product improvements, and strong communication skills and a self-driven approach to work.

This internship is a 3-month program, with a full-time schedule and an in-office working model. The start date is expected to be in May or June 2026.
