<p>Key responsibilities include: Directly managing, mentoring, and expanding a team of both junior and senior electronics engineers Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to define and architect our next-generation electronic systems Overseeing the entire lifecycle of our electronic hardware, from design and development to implementation and verification Developing and managing a detailed project schedule to ensure that our hardware development aligns with the overall program timeline Driving the design process, including specification, component selection, circuit board design, and system-level integration Leading the team through hands-on debugging, board bring-up, and system validation Playing a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members to support our rapid growth Providing expert support to our production and operations teams for the successful deployment and use of our hardware Fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team</p>
<p>Requirements include: A Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced product design and development environment 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing complex electronic hardware from concept to production A passion for hardware development and a desire to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment Demonstrated ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch Proven experience in building and managing teams of engineers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder</p>
