Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of service to assigned clients in the Mass Affluent Advance and Premier segments, meeting their daily financial requirements and offering tailored advice to satisfy their short, medium, and long-term financial needs.
• Retain and grow the portfolio of princeps assigned to you through support from business units.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of clients.
• Develop strong relationships with clients.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Premier products and services.
• Certification in AMIB.
• Knowledge of markets, external regulations, and mathematics.
• Familiarity with operational systems and procedures.
• Intermediate-level English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
