Responsibilities:

• Daily Transactional Support Create receipt and shipping files, and manage transfer of documentation to warehouse personnel. Obtain required documentation from multiple sources including US and OUS Packager Hub/Depot, Shipment of Finished Good Materials (Domestic and International), and carriers and hubs/depots.
• Order management Confirm shipments in CTWIN warehouse management and distribution system. Track/confirm/receive Proof of Delivery and Acknowledgement of Receipt.
• Reporting Daily Pending Shipments Report Daily Confirmed Shipments Report Daily Outstanding Proof of Delivery Report Oversight Reports
• Investigator Initiated Trial Reorder Process Supply planning transfers/Daily transactional support Discuss impact to supplies as needed, based on material usage, temperature excursions, and other instances to make adjustments as directed by the Clinical Trial Supply Planning Organization
• Data entry into distribution business tools (Planning Receipt, Chrono and Planning Stickering)

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Transportation knowledge
• Customs experience is a plus
• Must be detail oriented
