      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Growth Programs to build and scale a comprehensive ecosystem that drives top-of-funnel growth and adoption for our Developer Platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing global partnership strategies, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Define, develop, and execute a global partnership strategy focused on increasing developer platform usage, user acquisition, and overall brand presence within target communities.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain deep relationships with key external stakeholders, including startup/venture capital/accelerators, educational institutions, and growth partners.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and negotiation of agreements to ongoing relationship management.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations teams on partnership execution.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead and execute programs from inception to scale.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or developer-focused technology company.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Deep familiarity with the global startup, venture capital, and developer education ecosystems.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
