      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Sales Director to join our growing business. You will lead an existing team of Enterprise Account Executives and be measured by achieving your team&#39;s overall quota, new logo acquisition, and growing Databricks usage.</p>
<p>This is a team of account executives that are technically knowledgeable and have a desire to help customers and partners succeed. You will report to the Regional Vice President.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading, growing and inspiring the Enterprise Account Executives to help them overachieve on their goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Instilling a culture of teamwork focused on leading with measurable business value and achieving desired customer outcomes.</li>
<li>Developing trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success.</li>
<li>Driving ongoing learning of the continuous innovation being delivered to our customers via our data intelligence and GenAI solutions.</li>
<li>Actively participating in the region&#39;s growth plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and building a customer-focused, durable, high-growth business.</li>
</ul>
<p>We look for:</p>
<ul>
<li>A proven track record of successfully building and leading high-growth new logo sales teams serving enterprise customers within the Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, AI spaces.</li>
<li>History of exceeding quota and thriving in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies.</li>
<li>Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message.</li>
<li>Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to help grow strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer success.</li>
</ul>
<p>Pay Range Transparency: Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $410,300-$564,200 USD.</p>
