<p><strong>What you&#39;ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement) and enhance Agile development practices within the team.</li>
<li>Oversee team deliveries, including managing risks, dependencies, and critical paths.</li>
<li>Coordinate tasks across diverse internal and external teams, spanning multiple locations, time zones, and cultures.</li>
<li>Improve operational effectiveness of team effort by assessing current practices, incorporating new strategies, and increasing predictability.</li>
<li>Work with the Product Management team to lock down requirements and specifications.</li>
<li>Initiate or implement development process improvements to achieve efficiencies and to act as a change agent for process improvements.</li>
<li>Effectively monitor and adjust capacity plans.</li>
<li>Effectively report progress and status through email or face to face with leads/managers.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience leading projects or programs in a software development environment</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum delivery models</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders</li>
<li>Experience leading teams through complex or undefined problems, aligning partners, and delivering practical solutions.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software development operations and delivery lifecycles</li>
<li>Experience planning, implementing, and driving change using structured change management practices</li>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience</li>
<li>Experience using Jira or similar work management tools (preferred)</li>
