You will perform quality checks on completed products, troubleshoot issues with the fabrication equipment, and follow OSHA safety guidelines.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in metal fabrication in an R&amp;D environment, with a strong background in welding (GMAW/FCAW/GTAW) of steel, stainless, aluminum, and exotic alloys. You will also have experience with sheet metal fabrication, basic use of conventional machining equipment, and high-level mechanical aptitude.</p>\n<p>In addition to your technical skills, you will be able to work through R&amp;D tasks with limited oversight, evaluate, design, order materials, and execute.
