Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff as needed. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and support activities using IT service management tools. Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed, including hardware deployments, software installations, and IT infrastructure improvements.</p>\n<p><strong>About You</strong></p>\n<p>Some experience in a technical support role or relevant experience is preferred, but not essential. Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems and common desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for learning and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users of varying technical abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
