What you'll do

In this position, you will lead the design and release of upper body structures, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet customer requirements and vehicle attributes.

What you need

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 2 years of experience in design and release engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of design and release engineering processes, including CAD design, CAE analysis, and testing.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
