As a Demo Project Manager, you will drive planning, coordination, and execution across cross-functional teams,ensuring seamless demonstrations, efficient logistics, and sustained customer success.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generating demonstration plans</li>\n<li>Conducting demonstration event logistics planning</li>\n<li>Coordinating with Go-To-Market leads and customers</li>\n<li>Establishing and maintaining project action plans and risk metrics</li>\n<li>Generating and maintaining project schedules</li>\n<li>Coordinating participation of personnel for demonstration events</li>\n<li>Establishing and leading a consistent cadence of well-organised, well-facilitated, and effective meetings, including driving all preparation and follow-up activities</li>\n<li>Managing project budgets</li>\n<li>Managing and organising customer correspondence</li>\n<li>Coordinating import/export regulatory compliance – ITAR and EAR</li>\n<li>Facilitating fuel availability and procurement</li>\n<li>Reviewing, understanding, and complying with proposals and contracts</li>\n<li>Driving subcontractor performance as applicable</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In addition, you will act as the Assistant Program Manager for Logistics, responsible for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as the key point of contact for the sustainment portion of programs</li>\n<li>Driving program execution of Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation tasks in the company&#39;s Product Lifecycle Management Software</li>\n<li>Ensuring Service Bulletins are released and disseminated to customers, and tracking their incorporation into fielded hardware</li>\n<li>Providing continuous, real-time readiness tracking of customer hardware (aircraft, payloads, ground support equipment, etc)</li>\n<li>Serving as the programmatic point of contact for customer requested warranty and non-warranty repairs, to include RMAs to vendors</li>\n<li>Serving as Deployed Operations Field Service Representatives primary point of contact within the program office</li>\n<li>Representing customer programs in managing Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage issues</li>\n<li>Maintaining real-time awareness of customer hardware inventory levels, both within Shield AI&#39;s facilities as well as at customer sites.
