      <Description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p>
<p>The Dealer Analyst position provides customer support to dealership parts managers, assisting them through phone and email contacts. The role involves researching and resolving parts-related inquiries from dealerships, ensuring accurate processing of claims, and providing timely feedback on credit issues. Additionally, the position supports internal DPSM&#39;s field operations and ensures dealer compliance with Parts System Guide (PSG) policies.</p>
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Parts ordering: investigate availability, pricing, color code, and order status; process manual OAR claims and investigate dealer rejection disputes</li>
<li>Monitor and respond to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email</li>
<li>Identify and resolve publication and parts errors</li>
<li>Communicate with dealers regarding parts quality and manufacturing-related issues</li>
<li>Coordinate group concerns and assist dealers with complex technical questions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications, Experience, and Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma; one to two years of college preferred or work-related experience</li>
<li>One plus years of customer service experience preferred</li>
<li>Good written, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills</li>
<li>Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications and AHM software/applications</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team-oriented environment</li>
