You will be responsible for creating and maintaining master data, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization across various systems, and collaborating with different functions to achieve common goals.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and maintain master data, including material master, vendor master, customer master, and pricing master</li>\n<li>Complete assigned steps in the addition, change, and deactivation processes for master data records</li>\n<li>Apply reporting tools to supervise data accuracy and synchronization across various systems</li>\n<li>Maintain good relationships with different functions</li>\n<li>Ensure data input is consistent with data standards and meets required levels of completeness</li>\n<li>Run data performance reports for key quality measures of completeness, consistency, uniqueness, accuracy, and participate in operations meetings on SLA agreements and benchmark measures</li>\n<li>Ability to work and collaborate within a virtual distributed team environment</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize efficiently</li>\n<li>Ability to formulate and address problems</li>\n<li>Ability to build positive relationships with business collaborators, technical teams, and delivery teams</li>\n<li>Take on data issues and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Process master data requests efficiently in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you will deliver:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Operations: ensuring high-quality information and data is maintained to support decision-making, business processes, and digital services</li>\n<li>Collaborator Management: the systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring, and improvement of collaborator relationships in order to target and improve mutually conducive outcomes</li>\n<li>Customer Support: acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services</li>\n<li>Operational Completion: has a sound understanding of process and workflow streamlining, problem resolution, and organizational change</li>\n<li>Risk Management: identifies external and internal factors that impact risk and mitigation opportunities</li>\n<li>Change Management: builds energy around a change using a detailed approach to transition from the present to the desired state</li>\n<li>Digital Fluency: optimally uses digital mentorship, tools, methodologies, and security measures for operating as a digital business</li>\n<li>Analytical Thinking: systematically breaks down a problem or process into component parts using logical analysis techniques to reach a solution</li>\n<li>Decision Making: makes decisions affecting both own tasks and those of others</li>\n<li>Innovation: adapts existing processes, methods, and ways of working to drive efficiency</li>\n<li>Influencing: identifies areas of alliance and disagreement, evaluates options, and potential outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience and qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English language with the ability to express any idea without hesitation, have good vocabulary and grammar; people understand you easily</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience in management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field</li>\n<li>Consistent record in data administration or master data systems development with a good understanding of the principles of data conversion, consolidation, and harmonization</li>\n<li>Some experience in JDE &amp;
