      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Are you a commercially guided individual with project management skills to lead stakeholders to launch new propositions on time? We are looking for a Customer Monetisation Launch Lead to work in the team leading our digital customer membership and monetisation growth strategy.</p>
<p>You will identify, build, and launch new direct-to-consumer digital propositions that our audiences will love and pay for. You will work on finding MVP opportunities across our portfolio of brands, setting strict timelines, and driving cross-functional teams (Tech, Editorial, Product, Marketing) to get launches live.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer - Engagement, Membership &amp; Monetisation, you will be the driving force. You will drive the rapid execution of new digital membership, monetisation, and subscription revenue streams. These streams include premium membership tiers, micro-transactions, and learning bundles.</p>
<p>Operating with a focus on delivery, you will manage the pipeline from concept to live MVP. You are experienced in project management and excel in a matrix organisation, ensuring every stakeholder knows their deliverables and deadlines.</p>
<p>You will discover the opportunity, launch the MVP quickly, and prove its commercial viability.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Identifying and launching new direct-to-consumer digital propositions</li>

<p>Key requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in project management, proposition, or product role</li>
<li>Evidence of completing rapidly, bringing propositions, products or campaigns to market strictly</li>
<li>Experience owning launch KPI&#39;s and producing basic financial models/projections</li>
<li>Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder projects</li>
<li>Genuine &#39;get stuff done&#39; attitude</li>
<li>Understanding of how your work delivers revenue</li>
