Reporting to the VP of Latin America Sales, you&#39;ll be responsible for building Pinterest&#39;s business and presence in Mexico.</p>\n<p>As a Country Head, you will lead Pinterest&#39;s sales strategy and execution in Mexico, setting a clear growth agenda and delivering against ambitious revenue goals. You will develop market and competitive assessments to identify new opportunities and strengthen Pinterest&#39;s position in Mexico.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and deepening relationships with Mexican CEOs, CMOs, senior decision-makers, and industry associations to expand Pinterest&#39;s business impact and market presence.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Building, leading, and developing a best-in-class sales team in Mexico, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where top talent can thrive.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborating with Sales Operations, Measurement, and other cross-functional teams to analyze performance, scale best practices, and support client growth through Pinterest solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Serving as an external spokesperson and ambassador for Pinterest in Mexico, evangelizing the brand with clients, partners, and the broader industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years of experience in the digital media industry, including significant leadership experience, with deep expertise in the Mexican market.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A proven track record of engaging and influencing executive-level business and marketing leaders within client organizations.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Established networks of senior industry and client relationships in Mexico, particularly at the Marketing Director level and above.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement, with the ability to turn insights and market trends into effective commercial strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrepreneurial, strategic mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding business and revenue goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to represent customer needs, shape roadmaps, and navigate technology tradeoffs.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong go-to-market and operational capabilities, with the rigor to drive execution against key business priorities.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspiring and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to create urgency, raise performance, and foster transformational thinking across teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong influencing skills, with the ability to shape priorities and drive decision-making across stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data, insights, and product capabilities into compelling client strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated success in growth environments and in launching new business initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience leveraging AI to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, decision-making, or team performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for Pinterest and our mission.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Relocation Statement: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.</p>\n<p>In-Office Requirement Statement: We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we&#39;re not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Pinterest Mexico City office.
