in-house and industry-standard tools for configuration management and application deployment.</p>\n<p>The team delivers significant value by helping ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software, while maintaining the overall stability, performance, and reliability of the organization’s technology solutions.</p>\n<p>Principal Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop subject matter expertise in the Trading Services applications supported within the region</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support, monitor, and proactively maintain the multiple post/pre trade trading environments</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Build strong working relationships with trading groups, Middle Office, and Back Office teams, serving as the primary regional point of contact for issue escalations</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with global development teams to coordinate and participate in software releases and new version deployments</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with global counterparts to ensure seamless coverage across regions</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate and resolve technical application issues independently where possible, while leveraging teammates when necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage communications with trading staff and internal stakeholders regarding issues, impacts, and resolutions</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhance environment management tools to reduce risk and improve support team efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to process automation initiatives to drive efficiency and streamline support functions</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Document solutions and expand the knowledge base to enable effective issue resolution across a wide range of scenarios</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications / Skills Required:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience with SQL, Linux, Python, and scripting technologies</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience with kdb+/q is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand both detailed issues and the broader business context</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of, and experience working across, the full SDLC lifecycle</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong team player with a proactive approach and willingness to support others</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving environment, with a strong sense of urgency</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong sense of ownership and accountability</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience utilizing A.I in a trading environment a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.</p>\n<p
