As a Consolidation Specialist, you will be part of the Administrative Department at our International Headquarters in Carentoir, France. Your role will involve participating in the production and analysis of the Group&#39;s consolidated financial statements.</p>\n<p>Your main responsibilities will be:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributing to and animating the processes of elaboration and review of the consolidated financial statements on a monthly basis</li>\n<li>Ensuring the preparatory work: setting up and following procedures, determining the scope, applying new accounting standards</li>\n<li>Auditing and verifying the monthly reporting of subsidiaries within the Group</li>\n<li>Participating in documenting analyses, controls, and improving tools and procedures in place</li>\n<li>Participating in operational transformation projects within the Group</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need to have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirmed experience in a cabinet of audit or within a Financial Department</li>\n<li>A good understanding of consolidation rules and IFRS standards</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Synthesis and rigor, with the ability to get straight to the point with diplomacy</li>\n<li>Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The recruitment process will consist of three stages:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>30-minute phone call with a recruiter</li>\n<li>60-minute interview with the manager of the post and a recruiter</li>\n<li>60-minute interview with the Consolidation &amp; Tax Director and the Administration Director Worldwide</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As an employee, Ubisoft offers the same opportunities for access to employment without distinction of gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, social status, disability, and age.
