      <Description><![CDATA[<p>The SCS Concerns Program is seeking a dedicated and skilled investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into ethical concerns and allegations of misconduct/violations of company policy within the workplace.</p>
<p>As a Concerns Coordinator, you will lead investigations into allegations of unethical behaviour, policy violations, and misconduct, ensuring a fair, objective, and consistent approach in line with company policy and applicable laws.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Planning and conducting interviews with complainants, witnesses, and accused individuals, maintaining impartiality and professionalism throughout the investigative process.</li>
<li>Gathering and analysing facts, including documents, electronic data, and other pertinent information, to support findings.</li>
<li>Preparing detailed investigation reports, summarising factual findings and outlining whether any company policies were violated.</li>
<li>Delivering training programs aimed at promoting awareness and understanding of the Concerns Program.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate and confidential records of all investigations and outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>A bachelor&#39;s degree (advanced degree or professional certification preferred).</li>
<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workplace investigations, ethics and compliance, or a related HR function.</li>
<li>Exceptional interviewing and analytical skills, with the ability to remain neutral and objective.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present findings clearly.</li>
<li>High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.</li>
</ul>
<p>This role typically operates in an office environment but may require travel to various company locations for investigations.</p>
