Crosby Composites are looking for a talented Composite Laminator at their Wellingborough office. This role sits at the heart of managing the production areas, supporting the company's growth and development through the growth of their teams.

About the Role

As a Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for laminating and tooling across a broad range of products. You will check information on drawings is clear, check route card instructions are correct, help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency, keep all equipment maintained, ensure the department is kept clean and tidy, and pay attention to detail. Motorsport/Automotive experience is preferred, and a good understanding of engineering drawings is required.

The Candidate we're looking for

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical skills:

• Familiarity with pre preg autoclave processes
