<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support daily maritime operations, including vessel movements, scheduling, and logistics coordination</li>
<li>Assist with tracking vessel status, maintenance activities, and operational readiness</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (operations, maintenance, safety, and logistics) to ensure efficient execution of tasks</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation</li>
<li>Assist with planning and execution of vessel mobilizations, demobilizations, and sea trials</li>
<li>Support procurement and inventory tracking for vessel and operational needs</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with crew members, vendors, and stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Provide general administrative and operational support as needed</li>
<li>Frequent travel with little notice due to operational requirements</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prior exposure to maritime operations (work experience, internship, or family background in the industry)</li>
<li>Strong interest in maritime logistics, vessel operations, or marine services</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and operational processes</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>
<li>Willingness to take initiative and support multiple teams as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with vessel operations or marine services</li>
<li>Internship or work experience in logistics, operations, or maritime support roles</li>
<li>Familiarity with shipyards, crew boats, or government-related maritime projects</li>
