As a Cloud - Staff TPM, you will be responsible for cross-organisation initiatives working with teams across Ford: business, design, product, system engineering, software development, testing, safety, regulatory, calibration, release, and quality.</p>\n<p>Success as a Technical Program Manager requires someone who is centered on product and engineering excellence with a bias for action. You will have consummate communications skills, keeping up- and down-stream dependencies well aligned, and all stakeholders well-informed.</p>\n<p>Ideal candidates will have experienced multiple product cycles involving software and services, including up-and down-stream dependencies.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with key stakeholders to define, scope, prioritise and deliver major strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and multiple organisations across Ford.</li>\n<li>Understand the needs of stakeholders across the company and influence as appropriate to achieve alignment on the prioritised initiatives.</li>\n<li>Lead the defining and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics, including Objectives and Key Results [OKRs].</li>\n<li>Implement and execute roadmaps, schedules, project plans, and resourcing plans to enable Ford to meet customer commitments across all customer constituencies.</li>\n<li>Lead team members on modern, world-class, software development practices including CICD and immaculate execution of a technical plan (including management of milestone progress, dependency tracking, issue triage, backlog management and daily scrum leveraging DevOps tools like Jira or ADO).</li>\n<li>Personally own the relationships with other divisions at Ford, ensuring dependencies are met and quality of deliverables is high.</li>\n<li>Embody the voice of the customer, guiding your team to be data-driving in its decision-making.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>How you&#39;ll do it:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stakeholders will be heard inclusively</li>\n<li>Priorities will be set based upon aligned principles</li>\n<li>Direction will be set quickly and decisively</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar related technical field.</li>\n<li>6+ years working experience in product or feature development on hardware, software, and/or services</li>\n<li>3+ years working in a technical capacity or working closely with an engineering team</li>\n<li>3+ years working with modern DevOps tools (ie: Jira, ADO, etc.)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern software development practices (continuous integration / continuous deployment)</li>\n<li>Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines (engineering, product, design, QA, etc.) on high complexity projects throughout the entire product lifecycle</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
