As a Client Growth Associate, you'll make outbound calls to real estate investors using provided prospect lists and self-sourced leads to introduce Flock and explore opportunities. You'll engage inbound and outbound prospects to assess needs, evaluate fit, and guide them into the pipeline. You'll track interactions in Salesforce, capture key insights, and implement systematic follow-ups to keep conversations moving forward.

You'll partner closely with Single Family Rental Directors,supporting prospect pitches, handling objections, and scheduling meetings. You'll shadow client calls and pipeline reviews to deepen your knowledge of real estate investing and Flock's product offering.
