You&#39;ll partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders</li>\n<li>Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews by navigating complex scheduling scenarios across multiple stakeholders</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey</li>\n<li>Handle candidate travel arrangements and expenses for in-person interviewing</li>\n<li>Executing other post-interviewing tasks such as scheduling debriefs and reference checks, and generating offer letters</li>\n<li>Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What we&#39;re looking for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ months of Recruiting Coordination experience within the tech industry</li>\n<li>Effective communication and prioritization skills</li>\n<li>The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs</li>\n<li>Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback</li>\n<li>Proactive approach to resolving ambiguous challenges</li>\n<li>A track record of high accuracy and attention to detail</li>\n<li>An interest in technology and artificial intelligence</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pay Range Transparency</p>\n<p>Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
