\nThe Business Talent Acquisition team partners with non-technical organisations such as Financial Operations, CX, Corporate, Marketing, and Product, to hire the talent needed to support and scale Robinhood’s operations.
\nThe team works closely with hiring leaders to plan hiring efforts, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a consistent and thoughtful hiring process.

\nAs a Business Sourcer, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of candidates across a range of corporate roles.
\nYou’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and generate high-quality candidate pipelines.
\nYou will play a key role in early stage candidate engagement while helping improve sourcing approaches and workflows over time.
\nThis role offers the opportunity to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term pipeline development across business teams.
\nThere may be multiple opportunities aligned to similar skill sets across the team.

\nThis role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

\nBase pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
\nThe expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.

\nZone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
