Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use.

The BizOps team is focused on solving some of Plaid's most pressing business issues. We are a small team of high-impact, low-ego generalist problem solvers. This role partners directly with leaders across Product and GTM on a mix of strategic and operational work with a direct, quantifiable impact on our customers, partners, and P&L.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the strategic and operational agenda for a Product or GTM organization , and the cross-functional initiatives that come with it
  • Owning foundational operating rhythms , monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs and KPIs, executive reporting , and evolving them as the business scales
  • Building out dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions
  • Partnering on product strategy topics including pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market for new and existing products
  • Using AI tools and agents as a default part of how you work , not as an experiment, but as a force multiplier

Qualifications

  • 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy in prioritizing what matters most
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional consensus
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred
