This role will handle both inbound leads and outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have some technical experience, such as basic coding knowledge or prior experience at developer tool companies.</p>\n<p>This position plays a crucial role in our go-to-market strategy, identifying and qualifying potential customers across all segments from SMB to Enterprise. You&#39;ll be the first point of contact for many prospects, setting the tone for their Replit experience.</p>\n<p>We believe this role offers a distinctive opportunity for people who excel in client-facing situations and have a passion for technology and AI. You&#39;ll leverage your skills to effectively communicate Replit&#39;s value proposition: a world where anyone can create software using natural language.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting activities</p>\n<p>Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies to engage potential customers</p>\n<p>Evangelize a future where anyone can create software in natural language, ushering in a change in the nature of the firm on par with the PC era</p>\n<p>Articulate Replit&#39;s value proposition and align it with customers&#39; business challenges</p>\n<p>Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives</p>\n<p>Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logging in Replit&#39;s CRM (Hubspot)</p>\n<p>Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness</p>\n<p>Continuously refine outreach approaches based on performance data</p>\n<p>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualification quotas</p>\n<p>Required skills and experience:</p>\n<p>0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar customer-facing role</p>\n<p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p>\n<p>Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p>\n<p>Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection</p>\n<p>Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of new technologies</p>\n<p>Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Clay, SmartLead)</p>\n<p>Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer pain points</p>\n<p>Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends</p>\n<p>Experience with or strong interest in AI and machine learning is a plus</p>\n<p>Nice to have:</p>\n<p>You&#39;re an active Replit user</p>\n<p>You&#39;ve worked at an early-stage startup or in developer tools</p>\n<p>Basic understanding of software development or coding concepts</p>\n<p>Experience with multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, social)</p>\n<p>Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)</p>\n<p>Tools + Tech Stack for this role:</p>\n<p>Replit</p>\n<p>Hubspot CRM</p>\n<p>ZoomInfo</p>\n<p>Clay</p>\n<p>SmartLead</p>\n<p>LinkedIn Sales Navigator</p>\n<p>Hashboard, Hex</p>\n<p>This role may not be a fit if:</p>\n<p>You&#39;re not based in the London area</p>\n<p>You have no interest in understanding the software development lifecycle or learning basic coding concepts</p>\n<p>You&#39;re not passionate about AI</p>\n<p>You prefer independent work with minimal client interaction</p>\n<p>You&#39;re uncomfortable with a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may shift quickly</p>\n<p>Note: This role will begin as remote, with plans to transition to a hybrid model once we establish a local office presence.</p>\n<p>Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:</p>\n<p>Competitive Salary &amp;
