In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and document control processes on behalf of the owner across multiple capital projects.</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and enforcing BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans. You will lead interdisciplinary model coordination reviews to identify and resolve clashes, inconsistencies, and potential issues before they impact construction.</p>\n<p>As the owner&#39;s point of contact for all BIM-related matters, you will collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to align on BIM goals, data exchange formats, LOD/LOI requirements, and model federation.</p>\n<p>You will perform hands-on drafting and modeling in Autodesk Revit, including updating MEP systems such as power distribution, piping, and ductwork. You will maintain and manage central owner-side BIM repositories, ensuring version control, data integrity, and secure access for internal teams and project partners.</p>\n<p>Additionally, you will conduct quality assurance checks on models, including geometric accuracy and data richness. You will support project handover by ensuring as-built models are complete, accurate, and suitable for facility management/operations.</p>\n<p>You will provide guidance to engineers on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices. You will stay current with evolving BIM technologies, standards, and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance project outcomes for the owner.</p>\n<p>Implement and maintain project-specific document control procedures and workflows.
