      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a B2B Events Lead to own the full field marketing motion, including sponsored events, hosted experiences, exec dinners, and formats we haven&#39;t invented yet. You&#39;ll work closely with our Head of B2B Marketing, sales, and content teams to connect event moments to broader campaigns and pipeline goals.</p>
<p>As a creative problem solver, you&#39;ll define the creative vision for how Gamma shows up in the world. You&#39;ll have real operational instincts, having run enough programs to know where the B2B events world falls short. You&#39;ll develop repeatable operational infrastructure, including briefing templates, run-of-show docs, vendor management, and post-event reporting.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll also define and track the metrics that matter, such as pipeline influenced, attendance quality, and what happens after the event ends. You&#39;ll partner with sales to align event strategy to pipeline goals and ensure every touchpoint gets meaningful follow-through.</p>
<p>In this role, you&#39;ll have the opportunity to build and run Gamma-hosted experiences, including standalone events, co-hosted activations with partners, and exec dinner formats targeting senior buyers. You&#39;ll collaborate with B2B marketing and content teams to tie event programming into product launches, thought leadership, and campaign moments.</p>
<p>We&#39;re looking for someone with 5+ years of B2B field marketing or events experience, with ownership of programs end-to-end, not just execution against someone else&#39;s plan. You&#39;ll need to have creative taste and the confidence to act on it, as well as real operational depth, including managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and handling day-of surprises.</p>
